I am interested in purchasing a calibration service with this item. Is it possible to arrange purchase of my chosen calibration package through Digikey with this item?

Hello hazel.stewart, welcome to the TechForum! Based on the information on NI’s site, there are a few variations that include a calibration plan. They call it the “Premium Service Program for Hardware - 3 Years.”

No Calibration Plan

There is a version with a “no calibration plan” that adds the “Hardware Standard Service (Tech Support, Unlimited Repair Coverage, 10 day TAT + shipping)” which has an extra cost and adds a part number or SKU number of 960680-100 to the original part number. This part or SKU is not in our system, so it may be a special order item that may have long lead times and/or minimum order quantity.

ISO-Accredited Calibration Plan

There is a version with a Hardware Standard Service with an Accredited Calibration with a extra part or SKU of 960680-103. This is not in our system so it may be a special order item with potential long lead times and minimum order quantity.

Compliant Calibration Plan

There is a version with a Hardware Standard Service with a “Compliant Calibration” that has an extra part or SKU of 960680-102. This is not in our system so it may be a special order item with potential long lead times and minimum order quantity.

Traceable Calibration Plan

Lastly, there is a version with a Hardware Standard Service with a “Traceable Calibration” that has an extra part or SKU of 960680-101. This is not in our system so it may be a special order item with potential long lead times and minimum order quantity.

NI also has a support link where you can request repair or schedule calibration on that same page.

Hello, thank you for your quick reply - how would I be able to find out the lead time/minimum order quantity if I wanted to purchase the Premium Service Program that included the Compliant Calibration plan (960680-102)?
