My name is John Bui and I worked as Senior System Verification Tech at J&J MedTech. I was looking to purchase several power supplies for SV for EU voltages international testing.The requirements for the power supply are 250 VAC 50-60 Hz with a minimum 1400 Watts and up to 20 Amperes.
I need to purchase 1 for now to test it out before purchasing more.
Q1: How soon can I receive it order today and can it be overnight?
Q2: I saw the Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable message from DigiKey website through a 3rd party market place. So, it can’t be returned if the power supply doesn’t meet our demand. Is this correct?

The product page indicates that ordered product will ship from the supplier approximately 14 days after receipt of order. Overnight delivery is not an option.
Orders placed under NCNR (Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable) terms are final; once an order is placed, cancellations or non-warranty product returns will not be accepted.
If near-term delivery is of importance, the 9832B and 9833B are in stock at DigiKey and available for immediate shipment.

I’d like to know if Preen carry the 5000A series (AFV-P-5000) that the spec sheet shows as the most power with 4000W output? I couldn’t search for it at DigiKey or Preen website.

The manufacturer of a product should be able to provide any item they list under the “Ordering Information” section of their product flyers. This particular supplier does not appear to directly offer products for sale via their own website however, so placing an order directly would require you to contact their sales personnel; the “inquiry” button found on their site would be a likely starting point for doing so.
At this time the P/N AFV-P-5000(x) is not an item that the supplier has chosen to include among their listings through DigiKey, so it will not an item that we are currently able to offer.
