Hi DigiKey,

I got this email from DigiKey for my Sensecap hotspot, “PARTS ARE IN TRANSIT AS OF 31/AUG/2021. ALLOW APPROX 10 BUSINESS DAYS TRANSIT TO DK”. Does it mean I should get it in 15 days, approximately?

Thank you for your inquiry. You are correct with your approximation. It sounds like you had ordered either a Marketplace product or a non-stocking item.

Thanks for getting back to me. Suppose I order another same item # 110991635 or 110991636, how soon do you think I can get this item? I’m asking this because of limited supplies.

Thank you for your reply. 110991635 is a non-stocking item with an estimated manufacturer lead-time of 12 weeks from date of purchase. Regarding 110991636, due to temporary constrained supply, DigiKey is unable to accept backorders at this time, and is unknown when it will be available for order.
