If you are looking for a part from one of DigiKey’s Suppliers that is not listed on the website it may be possible to order this part for you. DigiKey will quote items that we do not currently offer as long as it is from a manufacturer that we carry and the manufacturer will make the part(not obsolete etc). This would be what we call a non-catalog quote. These quotes generally take from 3-5 business days to back from the manufacturer. A non-catalog quote will come from the manufacturer with pricing, lead time, and minimum order quantity if required. If you would like to request a non-catalog quote please contact our sales department at sales@digikey.com and let them know the part number and manufacturer that you are looking to order.
I have been trying to order some non-catalog parts without much success. There is no response from sales@digikey.com, and orders@digikey.com simply stated the parts are not carried by DigiKey and they are unable to process a quote/order.
The parts I’m looking for is RTS6BS12N3P and RTS1BS12N3S by Amphenol. I have confirmed with Amphenol’s product manager that they do manufacture these parts and they suggested I place a non-catalog order with DigiKey.
Is there anybody you can connect me with to help with this request?

If you have the email trail from the manufacturer, with their verification and recommendations, you can email your request to Techs@digikey.com. We will also need the manufacture’s name, the part numbers, the quantities you are requesting a quote for, and your customer number.
If you do not have a DigiKey Customer number, you can contact Orders@digikey.com to add you to our system, and provide you with your customer number.
