Yes, the EL3H7(B)(TA)-VG is a good cross for the EL3H7(B)(TA)-G. The only difference is that it adds the European VDE qualification, similar to a UL rating.
From the EL3H7-G datasheet:
These would be the same device.
The difference is that the -VG would have VDE rating. Which does not affect the spec or function for the device.
