For the “LF LX OB”, that is a Littelfuse logo, and the device is almost certainly a unidirectional TVS.
Best guess, based on appearance and without any dimensions given, is that it’s an SOD-123F package.
Among Littelfuse SOD-123F parts, according to its datasheet, the SMF4L22A has the “LX” marking, so that’s likely your part.
