Need Help to identify an ON semi chip - LM 037

It’s made by ON-SEMI as far as I can tell, but searching the internet, not coming up with much.

It is SMBJ15CA, marking LM , ESD Protection Diodes / TVS Diodes, 15V, 600W, SMB Uni-directional.

Sorry,
I gave the wrong link, the LM marking is for a unidirectional part, I gave the bidirectinal link, what you want to look at are these unidirectional parts.
