I’m looking for item code 5571. But the options on the Digikey catalog all have a number attached to the end of 5571. Please help me identify the exact product i’m looking for. Spec sheet attached.

After looking at the supplier website and the data sheet you provided I have noticed there is not a defined part number break down but I do see we have them in our system and can narrow by a few attributes.
