Centronics Adapters

I am looking for a male to male 50 pos centronics adapter. For a Private Branch Xchange (PBX) application.

Is this something Digi-Key might have? Everything I have found in the terminators category looks to be obsolete. https://www.digikey.com/short/z3n5ch

Are they looking for just an adapter, or can they use a cable assembly, similar to these https://www.digikey.com/short/z3n583?

We did look at cables before the customer left the call. Unfortunately, that is not the ideal solution for them.

Are they looking for an adapter or a terminator? Those are two different parts?

They are looking for an adapter I believe but the terminators were the closest thing I found to what they were describing.

Yea for a male to male 50 pos centronics adapter I believe they would want something like A33626-ND, but that is obsolete. It looks like we do not have anything. A short Cable assembly might be the best choice for an adapter.
