Choice of sensors (temperature, UV, humidity):

Hi, I am new to this forum.
I am developing a project which consists of placing a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick rubber sample inside a test chamber, which will reach 100°C (212°F) maximum and has a UV lamp. I am looking for sensors that will allow me to measure the sample temperature, UV light intensity, humidity and chamber temperature. The sensor readings will be done with an ARDUINO MEGA.
Could you help me to select which sensors are suitable for my project, or alternatively, what should I consider to choose one?
