Hello Cassie, and welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.

I do see that we have the TRH70A240 options linked HERE. It appears that the ‘53’ in your part number is a reference to the DC plug according to the DATASHEET.
Although reviewing the above datasheet and this Cable and DC Plug documentation from Cincon, I do not see that ‘53’ is an option.
It is possible that we have an alternative that could work, but we would need more specifications in regard to the DC plug. If you can provide that information via email to applications.engineering@digikey.com, we can provide assistance in regard to this part and the rest of your inquiry.
