Still hard to tell from this. Does the document you have say what kind of connector it is? I didn’t see that in what you provided. The 1112-4018 is an adapter to convert between SMA and SMP connectors. Is your “R232 680 050” an SMP connector? If not, then the 1112-4018 will not work.
