What is the connection mate to the 97-3106A-16S-1PW. Is there any chance you could also provide the CAD model for the connection mate? Thanks!

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
Seems the mating connectors would be in the 97 series from Amphenol such as 97-3101A-16S-1SW(947) or something like 97-3102A16S-1SW as well. Unfortunately, that W orientation is not something we stock readily on either plug nor receptacle side in that series and shell size.
