I’m looking for a connector that will mate with the below power supply round DC connector it has and also accommodate 2 bare wires (for outgoing DC), i.e. integral screw threaded termination (all in one neat connector). Thanks in advance!

Look for a DC power jack (panel or inline type) with screw terminals, specifically designed to match 7.4 mm x 5.0 mm barrel plugs with center pin. These are less common than the standard 5.5 mm jacks, so you’ll need one that explicitly supports 7.4 mm barrel plugs.
Hi @joncornish and welcome to the forum! Looks like this power supply doesn’t use a barrel plug in the style that bidrohini thought it would be, rather it’s a power DIN plug, which is similar but has a completely different pin orientation and keying.
I checked the datasheet and the plug they use for 1866-1954-ND is a Kycon KPPX-4P or equivalent (here’s the link for the plug by itself).
I did some digging around and found a number of connectors that’d mate to the plug on your power supply, but I didn’t see anything that has the terminations you described. You’d likely need to do some soldering to get the final product that you’re describing, but here are some options to start with at the very least: Power DIN Receptacles
I noticed that the Kycon plug wasn’t explicitly marked as Power DIN in our search system, even though that’s definitely the shell size. Until our prod info team gets a chance to update the listings with proper search tags I’d recommend double-checking the datasheet for any receptacle you pick from that list. Double checking the datasheet is good habit to have, anyways.
