I can’t help with stock here at Digikey, but TTI shows that they should have 246 of the 851-06JC14-19P50 to ship in 8 days. Check the link here. .
Additionally, this location shows they have six of the 851-01JC14-19S50.
I haven’t been to UAE in over 20 years, I’m sure I wouldn’t recognize it compared to what it looked like in 1998. I hope you are able to find the connectors you need.
