We tried to contact the manufacturer through various channels to request a CB report for the MQ10E-050BW-H AC adapter. But we cannot get any response neither on the phone, nor by email.
Our test agency requires the CB report to get the medical approval. We are stuck in the certification. Can you please help to establish a communication with the manufacturer. We don’t have an issue to sign an NDA and/or the CB report can be sent directly to the test agency.
