I am not seeing that this power supply has TÜV certification.
Their product page on their site shows the certifications that it has as well as lists the certification.

Hello Nathan, thanks for the quick reply and sorry for the confusion. Have a quick look at the attached post from 2019 regarding CB report requests and you’ll see what I’m after.
The full CB report is needed by TUV for a product we are getting certified that uses the Phihong wall adapter. The report can be sent directly to our contact at TUV in Boxborough, Mass, I just need help from DigiKey to initiate the request from Phihong as the report requires an NDA and is not on their website. Let me know if this makes sense.
