Connectors and contacts will have their own specific crimping tools that are recommended for each product from different manufacturers.
In searching for a crimping tool for wire ferrule connectors like 2172-9799375-ND (97 99 375), there are a few part numbers from Knipex Tools LP that they recommend.

Twin ferrules dimensions are pretty close to insulated or non-insulated ferrules according to DIN46228 part 4 and 1.
As a rule of thumb, you can say that when you are searching for a tool for Twin ferrules, you can choose a ferrule tool one cross-section higher than the Twin cross-section.
Meaning: You want to crimp a 2x4 mm2 / 2x12AWG Twin ferrule, you can search for any self-adjusting ferrule crimper that goes up to 6mm2 / AWG 10 single ferrules or even higher.
Preferably with one crimping station for square or hex crimp only, so that you do not have to look for the defined crimping station with a trapezoidal crimp anymore. Most ferrule crimper manufacturers refer only to the single ferrule cross-section in their technical specifications. The tool engravings on the tools do not necessarily mention the Twin dimensions!
