Hi everyone,

I’m looking into two DigiKey current transformer products and noticed what seems to be a discrepancy in their specifications:

Product numbers:

  • 5998-SCT024TS-D-200-5-ND
  • 5998-SCT024TS-200-5-2-ND

For both parts, the Description field indicates a 200 A current transformer, while the Detailed Description appears to specify 250 A.

Could anyone clarify which rating is correct? Is this a catalog/listing error?

If anyone has experience using these parts, I’d appreciate any insight.

Upon reviewing the datasheet, it seems that there is a discrepancy between the description and the product attributes on our webiste.

I’ll submit this to our internal team that deals with that for review and they will update the website accordingly.
