Also, this part number can be used as an alternate source to LO M67K-K2M1-24-Z however we would like to know what the -24-0-2-R18-Z characters mean.

The -24 is part of the normal part number, and I didn’t see a separate meaning.
This TechForum link has more information on the meaning of the Osram LED part numbers.
The -1 is the listing for the Forward Voltage group.
The -2 is for the 2mA forward current.
The R18 is for the Reel size of 180mm
The Z is for Lead-Free/RoHS Compliant.
Thank you for the information - Is there any document or datasheet that contains all the different character meanings? The data sheet OSRAM provides does not reveal the meaning of additional characters “-24-0-2-R18-Z”

Apologies, there is no documentation explicitly detailing this numbering. The Forum link offered by David was written after we previously asked OSRAM for this information and is the closest we have to any sort of official answer on the subject. The information written in that post is a transcription of the answer OSRAM gave us when we asked.
