The -24 is part of the normal part number, and I didn’t see a separate meaning.
This TechForum link has more information on the meaning of the Osram LED part numbers.
The -1 is the listing for the Forward Voltage group.
The -2 is for the 2mA forward current.
The R18 is for the Reel size of 180mm
The Z is for Lead-Free/RoHS Compliant.
