Please see the picture. On the left side of the picture, the device I am interfacing needs this type of setup? Do you have any kind of connector/cable that can achieve this?

Given the number of potential configurations that could be used (resistor values, pin assignments, etc.) a typical approach to such a problem would be to get oneself a plain DB9 connector and add the necessary resistors across the appropriate pins when connecting the cable. (backshells here.)
