For thermo electric generators I would definitely suggest the Marlow Industries Mini Harvester 1681-1087-ND.

Just in case by PV you were meaning Photo Voltaic I would also like to suggest Panasonic’s PV cells. AM-1417CA. I have not used these personally but it looks like they would interface with the board the best.

To add to what @TWeesner said, the Panasonic AM-1xxx solar cells are for indoor applications at low light levels. I’ve used them and they work quite well for their intended purpose.

This may become a crucial criterium for me. We have a lot of old houses here with relatively small windows and quite thick walls, up to 70 cm.
