DF Robot DFR0524 firmware upgrade

After successfully applying the firmware update, the touch screen no longer enumerates on USB. I tried different PCs with different operating systems with the same result. I repeated the update procedure and had the same result. The touch screen was working correctly prior to the firmware upgrade.

Hi Xargs,

Welcome to the community!

I checked the output of your initial firmware flashing, everything looks correct there from what I can see.

One thing of note is to ask if you’re using this with Apple products as touchscreen is known not to work with them.

After this it would be advised to seek support from the supplier of the touchscreen, DFRobot and make sure you’ve followed the instructions located here: https://wiki.dfrobot.com/5.5%20Inches%20HDMI%20OLED-Display%20with%20Capacitive%20Touchscreen%20V2.0%20%20SKU%3A%20DFR0524#target_2
