I.mx6q USB host problem with kernel 4.15

Hi,
I’ve noticed some strange behaviour with USB in Wandboard Quad with kernel 4.15 / Ubuntu 18.04 armhf ( stock kernel from Ubuntu netboot install ).

The USB devices are detected/enumerated correctly with system start, but when disconnected later and connected once again are not recognized / enumerated anymore.
Also removal of ci_hdrc_imx module causes the system hard lock without any information printed in the console.
Tried with 4.15.0-29 4.15.0-33.

Did anybody notice such behaviour?

regards,
T.

@tsrdel, Those kernel versions are supported by Ubuntu, please see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Bugs for submitting bugs to Ubuntu…

Our directions for the Wandboard currently support Debian 9 and Ubuntu 18.04 with kernel.org’s 4.14.x lts kernel.
