Having problems Programming an Atmega16U4 with the USB

Unable to program an Atmel Atmgea16U4 over the USB port.

I have a boot loader installed. This design has been copy and pasted from previous designs but I am unable to p
program the Micro, All supplies and connections are correct from what I can tell.

Can I talk to an app engineer or Tech support person to discuss in detail and hope to get some pointers as to what may be wrong.

The part comes from the factory standard with the DFU bootloader, did you program another bootloader?

Do you have access to a programmer to do a chip read to see if things look correct and haven’t done something to your fuse bit settings?
