Difference between 2 similar part numbers

Hello,

Please advise the difference between the following 2-part numbers: DMN1008UFDFQ-7 & DMN1008UFDF-7. I cannot see where the parts differ based on the data sheet. Thanks

The DMN1008UFDFQ-F version comes with the AEC-Q101 qualification as indicated on page 1.
