M39019/01-248 and M39019/01-248-S are nearly identical in terms of electrical specifications but the main difference between the two is the type of termination. The M39019/01-248 has hook terminals and the M39019/01-248-S has screw terminals (with insulating block).
Per the MFG Datasheet: “For configuration 2 add “S” at end of dash number for screw terminals with insulating block (see table I). When circuit breakers are subjected to the resistance to solvents test, the insulating block shall be removed and shall not be tested. Main terminal screw MS35265-26 or equivalent.”
