Digi (Digi International, that is) offers a useful piece of kit called the OP7200 eDisplay. Frequently, customers look for new programming or software licenses for this device, or updates to their existing licences. How can you get these licenses from DigiKey?
Fortunately, you don’t have to. No licensing is required to acquire the software for this device anymore. The software you’re looking for is called Dynamic C, and it can be acquired from Digi at this link: Dynamic C Support Resources. The software is compatible with Windows 11. Additional documentation and support for the device can be located here: OP7200 eDisplay Support Resources.
You will need a programming cable, which Digi provides here: 20-101-1201 - USB Programming Cable with 2 mm Connectors
Per Digi, when it comes to programming software for this device: “All software can be downloaded from our website and license key is no longer needed. RFU.exe software is automatically downloaded with Dynamic C release. You will find it in the \utilities\ folder.”
