[Digi - Rabbit] Why is this microcontroller board NRND?

Can anyone tell me specifically why part number 316-1184-ND is Not Recommended for New Design?

The whole Rabbit family from Digi is slowly moving to End Of Life, some devices will last longer, while some have already ended.
