One such basic option is DKS-CR2032H, a CR2032 holder meant for easy prototyping and integration into hobby projects. We’ve had some questions recently concerning the total height of this device as well as its tolerances. What specs do we have for this handy doohickus?
As this is a product intended for hobbyist/prototyping use, its dimensions are not strictly controlled. The device has a slightly domed top with a width of roughly 6.5mm, or a quarter of an inch. There’s no real tolerance values on this figure; if your process requires tighter control of dimensions you may want to look into other, similar products.
