Digital.auto E/E Starter Kit

I am reaching out to you regarding the digital.auto E/E starter kit (digital.auto E/E Starter Kit | DigiKey). I have been looking for an SDV prototyping kit and this kit seems to suit my needs. However, not everything is clear to me, and I would like to ask a few questions about the kit:

  • According to your website, the kit is supposed to come with a fully integrated middleware stack as well as a sample application. Is the software preflashed on all parts or does it have to be flashed by the customer? If it is preflashed, how can the software be changed (e.g. change in the middleware configuration)? If the software is not preflashed, how is the software distributed? I was not able to find a link to the software location.

  • Is there documentation available for the development kit?

  • Is there a contact person in case support is needed for the setup/usage of the prototype kit?

  • The first item in the list is missing with no part number. What kind of item is missing and is there a replacement for it? digital auto mylist parts.xlsx - myLists | DigiKey

From what I can see, it appears that the kit comes preflashed.
I did not find any specific documentation, but there does appear to be more information on this Arduino page and this Digital Auto page.
While there isn’t a direct contact, you can reach out to the DigiKey Technical Support at techs@digikey.com, and they may be able to provide some assistance.
The first item appears to be a header from the BOM upload. It does not appear to be missing any parts on the list.

thank you for your feedback! I contacted the Technical Support for further information but haven’t heard back from them yet. Do you know how long it usually takes for them to answer?
