Thank you for contacting Digi-Key , I am not able to find anything with the part markings or part number you gave for these , I am not sure who the manufacturer is or where you will be able to find them . If may be best to contact the manufacturer of this equipment to see if you can get some specs or a data sheet so we can see if we have a replacement to offer .
