DIP Pins (male) for Amiga PiStorm (CPU Accelerator) Adapter

I am an amateur electronics noob looking to procure an RPi GPIO header (female header block for a Pi Zero 2W with header pins) and SIP pins for an Amiga PiStorm adapter I am making (I’ve already ordered the PCBs from JLPCB). This will become a replacement 64-pin DIP Motorola 68000 (“MC68000”) CPU for an Amiga 500 computer.

The project is located here, GitHub - captain-amygdala/pistorm: 68k Hardware Emulator , but I can provide the project zip file which contains gerbers, BOM, etc (attached below) if that would help too.

In adapters I’ve seen, the male SIP pins are circular and plug into the 2x32 (DIP64 socket) of the Amiga, (or in my case, the MiniMig 1.98itx from minimig.ca) and then the Pi 3A or Pi Zero 2 W plugs into a Pi GPIO header via the Pi’s header pins. It is my understanding that the SIP pins come in like 1x40 strips (that I’ll have to cut down to 1x32)

What are the part numbers that I am looking for?

Hello,
Welcome back to the DigiKey TechForum. Take a look at DigiKey part 23-0015445864-ND for the 64 position female socket and part WM50022-64-ND for the mating male connector and see if this will for you.

Good morning Steve and thank you for your help. Those look like they’d be more for the Raspberry Pi side of things with the square pins and female header/socket.

But for the Pi side of things, I only need the female socket to solder onto the adapter, the 2x20 female header/socket

And for the CPU socket pins that will insert into the DIP64 socket (with a , I believe these are what I am looking for…

Here is the PiStorm if this helps
