Just curious if anyone else has encountered this: when I tried toggling the dark mode toggle, the screen started rapidly toggling between light and dark, and eventually DigiKey would not load, returning a 403 error.
After 5 minutes or so, I had access again. but i’m not going to try dark mode anymore…
Hi @wangus and welcome to the forum. I don’t use dark mode often on the site myself, but testing it out recently I didn’t see any behavior like what you’re describing. We did have issues with 403 errors last week, so it’s plausible that it’s related to the issue that was causing those.
I’m having this problem in safari, it’s insane. The flickering won’t stop and deleting cookies won’t solve it.

I would recommend that you click on the Feedback button at the right side on the DigiKey main site.
And then report the website issue that you are having.
This way the issue will be issue will be reported directly to the correct department
I was alerted that some website changes went out that may have improved the behavior, please see under the log in drop-down for the new toggle.
