Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. Looks like Adam7 may have found the part. I tried to find a document explaining the part marking but wasn’t successful in finding one. Without a document I’m not able to verify this is 100% the correct part.

The chip is installed in a Macbook Pro A1278 13" Mid 2010.
