This is the driver that comes with Sonneman Longo light and I would like to know if it is compatible with Lutron 3 Wire Ecosystem Dimming control panel.

From what I am able to tell, the Lutron Ecosystem protocol is a 2-way communications interface, which differs substantially from the 0~10V or triac-based dimming mechanisms supported by the mentioned driver. As such, I would not expect the two to be compatible.
