Audio Amplifier Evaluation boards are populated boards used to provide a working example of a specific analog amplifier or device. The amplifier types are Class AB, Class D, Class G, Class H, and Class K, with output types of headphone, 1 channel (mono), 2 channel (stereo), 3 channel, 4 channel, 6 channel, and 8 channel.
SelectionCharacteristics
Amplifier Type: Indicates the operational mode(s) of a featured amplifier IC, which has categorical significance for performance traits such as electrical efficiency.
Output Type: Indicates which type of audio output is provided, whether stereo or mono, and how many channels of output are available.
Max Output Power x Channels @ Load: Indicates manufacturer’s rated output power for a device, as a function of channel configuration and nominal load impedance.
Voltage - Supply: Typically represented by a range, this indicates the low and high voltage limits which one can expect standard operation. Voltages outside this range may damage the device and other system components.
Board Type: Indicates the extent to which a board has been populated.
Utilized IC / Part: Indicates the central integrated circuit the device is designed around.
Supplied Contents: Indicates items included with purchase.
