A large number of discrete FETs in 8-lead packages with a 5x6mm outline and 1.27mm lead pitch are available. These packages are referred to by product suppliers using a large variety of names, with no single standard package designation (or small number thereof) available to allow selection of devices in this format which are similar and/or potentially footprint compatible. The list below is of supplier package designations found to meet this approximate description. Note that these packages have been identified as similar, not identical. Differences do exist among them, particularly with regard to lead form and presence of under-package thermal pad contacts. Please verify compatibility with the intended application prior to order.
