Can I get some help identifying this Mosfet, it is on a Miniforums computer model number UM690 the only identifier on them is 8031, the power supply provides 19V and 6.3A the only reference to 8031 is to the Toshiba TPCA8031-H but the packaging doesn’t seem to match, it is around 3.2mm in size. Thank you!

The only other MOSFET out of the 8031 series I could find in our system is TPC8031-H(TE12LQM) which is obsolete but there are listed alternatives at the top of the product page. This one is in the 8-SOP package which has a width of 4.4mm. The dimensions you have seem like an 8-HMST package (3.2mm x 3mm) which we have some options HERE. Please check the datasheet to see if it will work for your application.
