I have purchased several of these evaluation boards. The application note states “the latest firmware and software can be downloaded on request” but provides no contact information or URL.
How can I get the firmware and software for these evaluation boards?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
Their datasheet suggests to check the Raspberry homepage, which should be https://www.raspberrypi.com.
I tried going to that site and searching, but for some reason, I was unable to connect to it.

I emailed sales@aistorm.ai and got a response with a link and password to download the Pico firmware image and the executable application, and updated product datasheets/etc.
Can you should email them and ask if they can provide you the updated documents and download link + password to publish on your site, or at least let you publish their contact email with a note that customers should email AIStorm to request the firmware & software?
