Hello, I’m working on a risk analysis project and require FIT and Failure mode analysis of the Infineon Power Switch/Driver 1:1 N-Channel 2.1A PG-DSO-20-32 mfg P/N: BTS4130QGAXUMA1.

I contacted Infineon technical support directly, but they require that our distributor contact them to make a “sales support” inquiry in order for me to get the documentation I require.

Can you please make the request for FIT and failure mode data for the Infineon [Power Switch/Driver 1:1 N-Channel 2.1A PG-DSO-20-32 mfg P/N: BTS4130QGAXUMA1 on my behalf?
