Since this is obsolete, as you noticed, we do have to attempt to find an alternative.

I have selected some very basic requirements in my search. I selected the following requirements
It must be an N-Channel with 1 output on the high side with a non-inverting 1:1 output.
You will see that non of these options will fit the physical requirements of the original part. Unfortunately this means that do not have a stocking cross. I do aplogize.
