It looks like this is a non-latching relay, can you clarify what you mean when the relay sticks?
When the relay is de-energized the contacts are still engaged.
Can break it loose with a tap on the relay.
That sort of behavior would suggest that contact welding is occurring. Usually caused by an unfriendly load, but can be influenced by drive considerations also.
What are the application conditions?
