Hello!
I need some help with these 2 parts. They are from 2 completely different PCBs, in no way are they related.
This first one is a SOT23-3, Hall Effect sensor. This is off of small PCB that detects the cover of the unit is present or removed.
“8209” is what seems to be on the top.
What seems odd about this part, just before this sensor is a polarized TVS diode. The ground pin is connected to pin 1 of this chip… Which would be GND.
The original PCB has a big heavy trace going to pin 3 of this SOT23-3 package, which would tell me +, Positive, input… None of the parts in my parts library match this pin out. None of the parts I’ve seen datasheets for have GND at pin 1… For the most part, they seem to be Pin 1 VCC, Pin 2 Output, Pin 3 GND.
The next chip is a very small (compared to an SOIC8) 8 pin chip… It has the readings - “C23R”…
It fell of a PCB. I think it might be a resistor network? It is too small for me to test. No idea what this is.
Thank you!
