Is there a Hand Crimp tool for DF53-32PCF?

Unfortunately the only crimp tool recommended by Hirose is part number CM-105C-ND, which is a bench mounted press. This is fairly typical for contacts that are manufactured on a reel.

Thanks for the reply! I did see that machine, but was curious since I the part can be sold in cut tape in lower quantities that maybe there was a hand tool for it.

Particularly with terminals this small, manufacturer-endorsed hand crimp tools are often unavailable due to the increasing effect of user factors in achieving a successful crimp, and the rapid rate at which machine tooling pays for itself in reduced labor and waste.

That said, these do appear to be of a common “F-crimp” format for which “universal” tools do exist to address one-off/hobby/repair scenarios.

Use of such tools is of course at the user’s risk and not recommended for production. The crimp-related documents on the manufacturer’s product page may be found helpful in evaluating the result if one chooses to do so.
