What is the difference between USB5734T/MR and USB5734T/MRD02? Can they completely replace each other?

Based on the revision history section of the data sheet, and the descriptions on Digi-Key’s pages, I believe it is the USB3 revision that they are certified to meet.

No suffix = 3.0
DR01 = 3.1
DR02 = 3.2
