I work for a school district and need help finding two switches. This one is a low-off-high, and then I need an on off switch. Does not have to be white but they need to match as they are for an oven hood. Thank you

Welcome to the TechForum! Based on my research, I estimate that the cutout opening for your oven hood panel is approximately 27 mm × 16 mm. At this time, DigiKey does not carry a rocker switch with dimensions that closely match this cutout size. Please refer to my search HERE for rocker switches that are close to your panel cutout. I attached the drawing for your switch below.

Do the two switches have identical dimensions? It would be helpful to have panel cut-out size to help verify.
However, for the On-Off-On switch (that would be your low-off-high) the following seems a likely suitable replacement:
GRS-2013A-2017 On-Off-On type, fits Panel Opening 1.125" X 0.550"
For the On-Off, we have the following from the same series:
GRS-2011-2055 Off-On type, fits Panel Opening 1.125" X 0.550"
