I cannot find a cable like this (USB 3.0 Internal Cable, USB 3.0 Internal Cable manufacturer & supplier) anywhere on mouser or DigiKey. Do you sell assemblies like this? What category would they be in?

Need a single USB 3.0 receptacle on one end and an internal 20-pin header on the other.

I could not find this. I found part number USB3SPNLAFHD. Though there are two USB connectors. I did not find one. Here is the link:

The category is the between series adapter cables. Sorry I just can’t find this one.
