Yes it is from a buck converter on a neptune system aquarium controller

According to the MC33063A datasheet, you can replace it with 1N5819.

There are a few diodes listed that use a part marking of 14.

There is a possibility it is part number MSS1P4-M3/89A from
Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division
